Story About Us

Scalpora, born out of our personal struggles and determination, has become a beacon of hope for those facing similar hair issues. Our journey began when we, as two mothers, found ourselves constantly battling with hair problems that seemed never ending. The frustration of excessive hair loss, the constant battle against dryness, and the never ending battle against split ends became a part of our daily lives.

We tried countless products, hoping to find a solution that would bring relief to our hair woes. However, disappointment followed us at every turn as these products failed to deliver the promised results. It was then that we realised we needed to take matters into our own hands.

Margarita carefully developed our oils through extensive research, inspired by her daughter’s journey with trichotillomania and her own experience with postpartum hair loss. Dania, a former experienced hairdresser, infused her passion and expertise into our mission. Together, we transformed our personal solutions into products that now provide benefits to a wider community.

Our range of products cater to both adults and children. We witnessed our own children experiencing hair loss from conditions like trichotillomania (habitual hair pulling or twisting) and traction alopecia, which occurs when braids or ponytail holders are worn too tightly, leading to hair loss along the hairline. Since there were no safe and natural options available on the market, we took the initiative to create a unique oil specifically for children.
