Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200 AUD.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow additional time during sale periods, public holidays, and promotional events.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

United States

Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges upon delivery.

Rest of the World

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, Scalpora is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.
